Digital products

Digital guidebooks and printable bundles are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered. If a file link fails, support will help restore access.

Skin-care products

For damaged, incorrect, or defective product delivery, contact support within 14 days with the order number and clear photos of the issue.

Merch products

Made-to-order merch can be replaced when there is a print, size, or fulfillment issue caused by production. Buyer-selected wrong sizes are handled case by case.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
